End of the 30 days

Finished the challenge

We did it!!! Having to train for 30 days was super hard and the challenge is really about to get yourself to do something each day. It got easier as the lockdown eased a bit. We could finally go down to the park and do some pull ups on the hangboard and go to do some hiking around the city.

Do those trails

One morning we woke up at 7am and decided to go for a hike. I found an app called Komoot, which is quite good to track yourself on your phone without internet and also has lots of community created hiking tours. We decided to start to work through the official Stadtwanderwege from the wien.at site. Now we have done 1, 1a, 2 and 1 again. Last time with the help of Christoph, when we actually drank more than walk.

Closer to the goal?

I had to go back to work two weeks ago, it's only homeoffice now, but very hard to adjust and make a schedule for the day. Also I sit a lot since then and eat. I'm almost sure I got weaker in the fingers, regardless of the fingerboard. I hope by the end of the month I'll have a chance to do some climbing again and finally step into the 7's.
