It is hard
I have not had a run for almost two years now and last time I had I pulled a tendon in a week time and had to drag my leg for more than a month.
I do not like running at all. But I have to preapare myself for a running event (Wings for Life Wien), which will be on the first Sunday of May. This is also a perfect excuse to do some cardio training as I really miss some in my general training plan (a non existing one).
Running together is better
This time my wife wanted to go as well, so it was the perfect start. Probably I would have stayed in bed if I had to go alone.
We had a couple of km's intervalls, couple of minutes running and more walking. We had such a nice, sunny weather, a bit windy, but with our hoodies on it was alright.
The best part was that we could talk a lot while walking and it felt really peaceful without our devices, which always interfere with the daily life nowadays.
