Lockdown breakdown

A bit boring

Now we are in the middle of lockdown week number four and it's a bit boring. Almost everyday roughly the same routine. I had some work to do for a week and that kept me busy, but not much going on.

Run for you life

We started (with my wife, she's seen it somewhere) a "30 days of sweat" challenge at home, so now everyday a bit of training is required to reach the goal. We are currently on number 12 and it involves a lots of running, since that's the easiest. It needs 20 minutes of interval with 2 minutes running and 1 minute walking and it's done for the day.

Now we have quite sunny and warm mornings, so we do some exercises on the balcony for a starter. Today we'll do an additional running and for me a power endurance hangboard session as well.

Status update

Never been this fit in my life, but I'm worried that my arms and fingers will need several months to adjust to climbing again. But it seems like we'll get a bit more freedom from next week in Austria and maybe we can get back to climbing in a couple of weeks.
